As President of Softpath System, Sushumna is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations, as well as leading the company’s staffing and technology strategy. Today, the company has 800-plus employees globally with a team that represents the industry’s best and brightest talent. Sushumna has extensive experience in IT management including three years in the education industry. She is very active within the business community and civic organizations with a passion for enhancing the potential of small and diverse businesses. She serves on the BOD of GWBC, chairs the technology committee, serves on the Taskforce Committee, and volunteers for the certification committee. She has served as Board Member to the U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce – Southeast Chapter (USPAACC-SE) and as Trustee to multiple non-profits and community organizations.
Sushumna holds a master’s degree in Literature with honors from Osmania University, India and has earned a master’s degree in Business Management from the prestigious IMS, India. She is married to Ravi Chander and has three daughters.
Ravi Chander, technologist, seasoned entrepreneur, strategic visionary, and thought leader is a co-founder and CEO of Softpath System, a leading, 23-year-old talent management company located in metro Atlanta. Ravi creates and drives the company’s vision with a key focus around job creation and helping clients win in the global marketplace. Ravi is also the co-founder of OPTEVUS, an AI/ML-enabled intelligent hiring platform, and Wydur, a cybersecurity practice that provides solutions for cloud security, vulnerability risk management, and threat detection and response.

Ravi is a committed small business advocate and supports women and minority-owned business enterprises as well as various STEM programs. Ravi served as a President of USPAACC-SE from 2017-2020, President of IT Serve Alliance’s Atlanta Chapter in 2018, and Rotary President for Emory Druid Hills Club 6900 in 2013. He currently serves as a USPAACC-SE Regional advisory council chair. Ravi’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion helped Softpath earn a spot on the National Diversity Council’s 2022 “Top 50 Inclusive Brands” list.
Outside of work, Ravi is a proud Rotarian, a lifetime Paul Harris Fellow recognized as a major donor, and the recipient of multiple “Rotary Cares” awards for his contributions to providing clean, safe drinking water to remote villages in rural India. He is a community leader for multiple nonprofits and an active volunteer at Ridge Girls Lacrosse and Robotics. He attended Jackson State University for his master’s in Computer Science and received a bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Kakatiya University in India.
He is married to Sushumna Roy Jalajam, and they reside in Atlanta, GA along with their three daughters.
James has been in the HR field for 14 years and has extensive experience with all aspects of HR across multiple types of industries including staffing and retail. He also has experience with HR law in multiple states.
James got his Master’s Degree from Valdosta State University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt. James enjoys helping both organizations and employees achieve their goals.
Jeff has joined us as the Vice President of Staffing Operations. His focus will be on strategically leading the staffing practice, as we continue to support our clients.
Jeff is a staffing industry leader with 25 years of proven success. He is a resourceful problem solver with a strong understanding of sales and business operations including; business development, delivery, retention, vendor management, contract negotiation, budget management and strategic planning.
He resides in Kansas City, with his wife of 29 years, and their 3 children. On the weekends you'll often find him on the golf course or taking in a Royals game.
Satya has over 12 years of progressive experience across various roles in Human Resources - HR Business Partner, Employee Engagement, Talent Management & Development, Succession Planning and Compensation & Benefits. She has successfully led large HR Transition and Transformation Projects.
She has worked for GE Capital and Satyam Computers (Now Tech Mahindra) and has an MBA in Human Resources.
Ayon has joined us as Vice President- IT & Cybersecurity and will be based out of out Hyderabad office. Ayon leads all aspects of Softpath's internal IT and Cybersecurity initiatives and certifications, as well as heading the newly formed Cybersecurity practice.
He brings with him rich and diverse technology experience of 24 years, mature leadership skills and strategic industry connects, having worked in organizations like Google, Intelligroup (a NTTData company), Inventurus, Navigant - now acquired by Guidehouse, (to name a few), and managed clients/ teams/ vendors across geographies like the USA, Europe, Australia, Japan and India.
In his last assignment, Ayon was heading Product Development function in the Aviation industry.
He is an Electronics & Telecom Engineer and also a Microsoft and Cisco certified professional.
Ayon is also an avid Wildlife photographer and loves traveling. His family consists of his mother, wife, a son, a daughter and two dogs, a Lab and a GSD.
Sivaprasad has joined us as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Security Operation Center (SOC) Head. He is based our of the Hyderabad office. In his role, Sivaprasad will be leading Softpath's Cybersecurity initiatives along with Ayon, as well as heading delivery of the newly formed Cybersecurity practice.
He brings with him rich and diverse Cyber Security Experience of over 17 years, with leadership skill and good insights into cyber security industry, having worked in organizations like First American India, Accenture, Wipro, Qualys, BIAL (to name a few). He has considerable expereince in managing clients, leading large teams, significant cosulting engagements, architechting and bulding large adn complex security solutions across geographies like USA, India and Australia.
In his last assignment, Sivaprasad was head of solution architecture in Zero Trust based Product OEM.
He is an Electronics & Communciation Engineer adn holds certifications such as CEH, ECSA, ISO 27001 LI, CPISI, etc. Sivaprasad loves technology and spends his time on learning new tools and technologies in his lab. He also loves traveling and driving.
His family consists of his father, wife and a son.
Lisa joined Softpath as Director Strategic Accounts focusing on business development in the IT space, as well as building strategic partnerships to support our product development and clients to elevate the business. Additionally, she acts in a project management capacity supporting Leadership initiatives.
Lisa joined us with more than 20 years at Accenture where she held multiple roles primarily in the operations space as Director of Operations. She is a Business Operations leader with diverse capabilities in operations, project and program management, quality and process implementation, communications, training and change management. She has extensive experience supporting large globally distributed business entities and is passionate about supporting leadership and managing the business to improve financial performance and operations with a strong focus on elevating the employee experience.
Melissa a versatile Business Development Professional with over 23 years of diverse experience in recruiting, safety and staff development. She possesses a strong reputation as being a proven leader in the staffing industry through being a results oriented professional. She has strong expertise in talent retention, strategic staffing (short term, long term and seasonal contingent workforce), employee engagement and strong safety training background with an active OSHA 30 Certification.
Currently she oversees the Business Development team for Softpath supporting multiple industry verticals. She is a very passionate, results driven and highly motivated individual and has outstanding skills in staff training and development with a focus on customer service and individual accountability.
Jeff Sussmann joined Softpath as a Business Development Manager after spending 7 years working for the data analytics company, Qlik, in a variety of business development roles along with being the narrator for the company's technical videos. While there, he frequently demonstrated their self-service analytics product and worked hands-on with the Al solution within. Prior to Qlik, he worked for a minority-owned Microsoft Partner/Staffing Firm and he looks forward to bringing his experience to the team!
Jeff will focus on OPTEVUS sales, sourcing new potential clients, assessing their needs, and demoing how OPTEVUS can meet those needs. He will be responsible for growing our client base and expanding sales for the company.
He currently resides in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania suburbs with his wife, Laura, and 3 children: Amelia, Noah, and Benjamin. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, running, fishing, and writing.
After spending about ten years in the hospitality industry, Nelson joined staffing and recruiting. For the past six years, he has been working in healthcare recruiting with some of the largest healthcare systems in America, which led him to the incredible opportunity at Softpath.
He was born and raised in South Florida and still resides there. He is the youngest of four siblings. He is engaged to his amazing fiancé Taylor and has one dog who they rescued. You can usually find him on the golf course or a boat when not working. He loves to travel, and his favorite place so far would be Budapest, Hungary. Until his next adventure.
Rashmi has over 15 years of Staffing & recruiting industry business experience. She has been associated with Softpath for over a decade and has managed different roles and worn different hats. She started as a Lead Recruiter at Softpath and soon moved into Recruiting Operations Manager role where she was a key contributor in setting up the entire offshore recruiting model based out of Hyderabad, India and successfully built a team of over 150 IT & Non-IT recruiters.
Nearly 4 years into Operations role, she was presented with an Audit & Compliance Management opportunity, where she ensured every Softpath account is compliant to internal processes and client laid out terms and expectations.
She is now Director – Client Delivery, managing and overseeing the growth and productivity for the Healthcare Hospital Business division for Softpath. In past 5 years, she has successfully managed several IT, Non-IT and Healthcare accounts.
She truly believes, that it is not customer service, but customer engagement, which is key to a company’s success, and is very conscious of that, in every interaction she has with all of her clients.
Naren has 16 years of experience in Strategic HR & Talent Management and worked in IT/ITES for service and product-based organizations. In these corporations, he has been instrumental in implementing the best HR practices and facilitating positive HR experiences. As a specialist in change management, Naren has hands-on experience in automating HR systems and helping organizations achieve results through people, performance, and culture.
Naren has a master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from IIM, Trichy, and is a Dale Carnegie certified Behavioral Analyst and leader. Naren drives modern HR practices through analytics, ethics, and most importantly, “human factors”, leading to the empowerment of people and the creation of a positive environment in the workplace.
Norma brings more than 17 years of experience in DE&I, business operations, workforce solutions, and business development. In her most recent roles at Randstad and Papa John's, she supported internal and external company initiatives as a DE&I subject matter expert. Her other responsibilities during her tenure included managing Affirmative Action Plan projects, corporate social responsibility activities, team member engagement tactics, diversity learning initiatives including the company’s Deep Dive podcast series and supplier diversity initiatives. In other roles at Year Up and DeVry University, Norma spearheaded new business expansion and re-engineered corporate engagement efforts with Fortune 500 companies.
Norma is an active volunteer, fundraising for organizations like Families First and serving HoPe (Hispanic Organization Promoting Education) as a board member. She has also served in leadership roles for the American Staffing Association, Association of Latino Professionals for America, Prospanica, SafeAmerica, YWCA and the Military Support Ministry in Marietta, Georgia. Norma is an alumna of Leadership Cobb, Cobb County Honorary Commanders and Cultivating Hispanic Leadership Institute for the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Council.
Norma earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Robert Morris University in her hometown of Chicago. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business from Keller Graduate School of Management. Norma is married to Rudy and has two children, Rudy and Isabel. Norma’s preferred pronouns are she, her and hers.
