In 2022, Softpath Became the New Official Staffing Agency of the Atlanta Gladiators
In January 2022, Softpath became the new Official Staffing Agency of the Atlanta Gladiators and teamed up for the True Gladiator Program! The program is designed to uplift families whose children are battling cancer, living with a disability, or receiving treatment for an illness.

In December 2021, Softpath was accepted as a member in the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Softpath Was Certified as an Asian Pacific Islander Business Enterprise (APABE)
In December 2021, Softpath was certified as an Asian Pacific Islander Business Enterprise (APABE) with the City of Atlanta’s Equal Business Opportunity Program (EBO) that enables us to be included in EBO plans submitted by contractors bidding on City of Atlanta Projects for the next 5 years.
USPAACC SE Top 10 Asian American Businesses in Georgia
On October 9, 2021, the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce-SE chapter hosted its annual awards at the Georgia Aquarium, where over 200 community legislators, businesses, and community leaders were in attendance. Softpath was honored to be included as a recipient for the Top Ten Asian American Business Award.
2018 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Sushumna Roy Jalajam
Sushumna Roy Jalajam, President of Softpath System, LLC, received the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the consulting category for the southeast. The Award recognizes entrepreneurs who excel in areas such as innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their business and communities. Sushumna Roy was selected by an independent panel of judges, and the award was presented at a special gala event at the Coca-Cola Roxy.

2017 Enterprising Women of the Year Award
We're proud to announce that our very own Sushumna Roy Jalajam has joined the ranks of some of the most distinguished businesswomen in the world. On April 4, 2017, Sushumna was honored with the 2017 Enterprising Women of the Year Award with recognition in the 25M to 100M annual revenue category. The Enterprising Women of the Year Award is considered one of the most prestigious recognitions for outstanding women entrepreneurs in the country. The Award recognizes women business owners who have built high-performing enterprises that are financially secure, successful, and thriving. Selected winners are honored for their leadership at the local, state, national or international level for mentoring and advocacy in support of other women-owned businesses.
The 2017 winners were recognized at the 15th Annual Enterprising Women of the Year Awards Celebration and Conference on April 2-4 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The spectacular event culminated with a Black-Tie Gala and Awards Dinner on the evening of April 4th. The awards celebration also included the Annual Hall of Fame Luncheon to recognize two outstanding women entrepreneurs who are inducted into the Enterprising Women Hall of Fame.
