Sushumna Roy Jalajam began her career in Human Resources over 20 years ago. With an ability to quickly understand the needs of a customer, coupled with dedication and commitment to excellence within her profession, Sushumna co-founded Softpath System, LLC with Ravi Chander in 1999. Based in metro Atlanta, Softpath provides innovative IT consulting services and cutting-edge staffing solutions to clients across multiple industries. For the last two decades, Softpath has been widely recognized for its customer-centric and collaborative approach to business, including the passion for excellence and exceeding client expectations. This has resulted in significant growth and award-winning recognition.

As President of Softpath System, Sushumna is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations, as well as leading the company’s staffing and technology strategy. Today, the company has 800-plus employees globally with a team that represents the industry’s best and brightest talent. The organization is the recipient of numerous awards, including EY Entrepreneur of the Year, Investment Partner of the Year - 2014 by Informatica for outstanding contributions to Informatica, Deloitte Fast 500, Inc 5000 etc. OPTEVUS, one of Softpath’s subsidiaries, earned a spot on the USPAACC-SE Top Ten Asian American Businesses List in 2022.

Under Sushumna’s leadership, Softpath System became the official staffing agency of the Atlanta Gladiators in 2021, earned a spot on the 2021 USPAACC-SE Top 10 Asian American Businesses in Georgia list, and was named the 2022 and 2017 GMSDC Supplier of the Year.

Sushumna’s leadership has also propelled Softpath forward in the world of diversity and inclusion. In 2020, the National Diversity Council recognized Softpath with a spot on their “Top 50 Inclusive Brands” list. Softpath was also certified as an Asian Pacific Islander Business Enterprise (APABE) and was accepted into the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2021.

Sushumna was the recipient of the Georgia Women Business Council (GWBC) LACE Trailblazer Award in 2022, 2018, and 2016. Sushumna was also honored with the 2022 GMSDC MBE Advocate of the Year, EY Entrepreneur of the Year Southeast Region in 2018, 2017 GMSDC MBE of the Year Class III, Women Presidents Organization - Fast 50, and the WBENC WBE Star in 2019 honoring Softpath as ‘best-in-class’ for inspiring, engaging, and empowering women-owned businesses. Sushumna has extensive experience in IT management including three years in the education industry. She is very active within the business community and civic organizations with a passion for enhancing the potential of small and diverse businesses. She serves on the BOD of GWBC, chairs the technology committee, serves on the Taskforce Committee, and volunteers for the certification committee. She has served as Board Member to the U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce – Southeast Chapter (USPAACC-SE) and as Trustee to multiple non-profits and community organizations.

Sushumna holds a master’s degree in Literature with honors from Osmania University, India and has earned a master’s degree in Business Management from the prestigious IMS, India. She is married to Ravi Chander and has three daughters.

Ravi Chander, technologist, seasoned entrepreneur, strategic visionary, and thought leader is a co-founder and CEO of Softpath System, a leading, 25-year-old talent management company located in metro Atlanta. Ravi creates and drives the company’s vision with a key focus around job creation and helping clients win in the global marketplace. Ravi is also the co-founder of OPTEVUS, an AI/ML-enabled intelligent hiring platform, and Wydur, a cybersecurity practice that provides solutions for cloud security, vulnerability risk management, and threat detection and response.

Ravi, along with his partner, Sushumna Roy Jalajam, successfully leads Softpath as a top diverse business with numerous awards. Softpath has been honored as the 2022 and 2017 GMSDC Supplier of the Year, was ranked as a USPAACC-SE Top 10 Asian American Businesses in Georgia in 2021, and became the official staffing agency of the Atlanta Gladiators in 2022. With more than 25 years of expertise in the development and delivery of innovative technology solutions, Ravi is responsible for managing one of the fastest-growing technology and staffing firms in the nation, with over 800 employees and multiple offices in the U.S., Canada, and India.

Ravi is a committed small business advocate and supports women and minority-owned business enterprises as well as various STEM programs. Ravi served as a President of USPAACC-SE from 2017-2020, President of IT Serve Alliance’s Atlanta Chapter in 2018, and Rotary President for Emory Druid Hills Club 6900 in 2013. He currently serves as a USPAACC-SE Regional advisory council chair. Ravi’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion helped Softpath earn a spot on the National Diversity Council’s 2022 “Top 50 Inclusive Brands” list.

Outside of work, Ravi is a proud Rotarian, a lifetime Paul Harris Fellow recognized as a major donor, and the recipient of multiple “Rotary Cares” awards for his contributions to providing clean, safe drinking water to remote villages in rural India. He is a community leader for multiple nonprofits and an active volunteer at Ridge Girls Lacrosse and Robotics. He attended Jackson State University for his master’s in Computer Science and received a bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Kakatiya University in India.

He is married to Sushumna Roy Jalajam, and they reside in Atlanta, GA along with their three daughters.

James has been in the HR field for 14 years and has extensive experience with all aspects of HR across multiple types of industries including staffing and retail. He also has experience with HR law in multiple states.

James got his Master’s Degree from Valdosta State University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt. James enjoys helping both organizations and employees achieve their goals.

Satya has over 12 years of progressive experience across various roles in Human Resources - HR Business Partner, Employee Engagement, Talent Management & Development, Succession Planning and Compensation & Benefits. She has successfully led large HR Transition and Transformation Projects.

She has worked for GE Capital and Satyam Computers (Now Tech Mahindra) and has an MBA in Human Resources.

Dhaiana Rodriguez is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with deep expertise in the Energy and Utility sector. With a keen understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, she has successfully developed and executed recruitment strategies that help organizations attract and retain top-tier talent.

As Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Dhaiana collaborates closely with clients to align hiring strategies with business objectives, delivering innovative and results-driven recruitment solutions. She has a strong ability to identify the right candidates through both traditional recruitment channels and cutting-edge sourcing techniques. Previously serving as Director of Strategic Business, she led talent initiatives across engineering, light industry, and professional verticals, supporting clients in the energy, pharmaceutical, hospitality, production, and services sectors.

Dhaiana’s career spans international experience, including roles with industry leaders such as Verizon Dominicana (now America Movil) and Blackcube Technologies in the Dominican Republic and national with corporations like MGM Resorts International. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, reflecting her passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dhaiana enjoys solving puzzles, spending time with friends and family, and actively participating in her church community. She currently resides in Georgia.
