Support PeopleSoft CRM, other third-party applications, and internal business applications written in VB and/or using company's products.
- Act as application expert and end-user liaison for post-implementation issues regarding detailed/technical system capabilities and enhancement requirements.
- Provides project support and oversight on application enhancements to ensure consistent standards among company's business systems to support end-user requests.
- Codes and tests application programs.
- Responsible for application performance during development, modification and support.
- Provide tier 2/3 functional and technical support; coordinate with the application vendor/development team to resolve problems/trouble tickets.
- Communicates with Business Areas during problem solving and provides resolution status.
- Performs maintenance support (e.g., patch application).
- Manages development, test and production environments.
- Reviews or creates technical specifications for software
changes and enhancements.
- Maintains and administers application security.

3+ years PeopleSoft HRMS 8.x Application Support experience, including PeopleTools 8.x . Support Call Center support experience preferred.
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
-Application testing, support and development experience.
-Database knowledge (i.e. SQL Server, Oracle ) and SQL skills .
